The story of the film is to expel an Indian woman from Pakistan. The film plays the role of diplomatic JP Singh in the film. The story, screenplay and dialogue of The Diplomat are written by Ritesh Shah. The cinematography of the film is done by Dimo Popov and MSc Gyad, while the editing is done by Kunal Walway. Ravi Srivastava is overseeing the production design.
