Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is lodged in Pakistan’s jail, has taunted Army Chief General Asim Munir, saying that he should have declared himself a ‘king’, not a field marshal, because the ‘jungle law’ is going on in Pakistan at this time. Imran Khan said that Pakistan’s moral and constitutional structure has been completely destroyed in the last three years. Imran said, trial has been started again by making fun of Toshkhana-2 case. The court proceedings in the jail are taken by the will of a colonel. My sisters and lawyers are not allowed to come to court, colleagues are not allowed to meet me, not allowed to talk to children for months, books and doctors are not being allowed to reach the doctor. All this is a violation of court orders’.
He claimed that he has received news that drone attacks are being carried out in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He directed the provincial government there to formally protest against the central government on these attacks and stopped them immediately. He said, ‘Innocent citizens are being killed in drone attacks, which does not reduce terrorism, but increases further. We stopped America’s drone attacks with years of hard work.
