Two managers of Aryan Company have been booked for a crashed helicopter at Gaurimai Khark of Gaurikund in Rudraprayag. The revenue sub -inspector of Fata has filed a report against the company with the Sonprayag police. In which it was said that this accident happened due to negligence. Even though the cause of the helicopter accident is being described as bad weather, it is also considered by the Haley Company to ignore the rules of Yukada and DGCA. In this regard, the Tahrir said that the Aryan Haley Company was allotted a slot from 6 to 7 am at 5.24 am, but the company started flying the helicopter at 5.11 am, the accident occurred at 5.24 am in return from Kedarnath.
Seven people are responsible for the death of seven people in the accident
It was said in Tahrir that DGCA and Yukada had asked to fly according to the flying slot in the issued SOP. In this regard, Aryan Aviation’s base manager Vikas Tomar and accountable manager Kaushik Pathak ignored, which is grossly negligent towards the responsibilities. The Fata Revenue Sub Inspector has directly held both the managers of the company for the death of seven people in the accident. A case has been filed against him against 28/2025 Section 105 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 105, Indian Justice Code 2023 and Section 10 Aircraft Act 1934 vs. Vikas Tomar and Kaushik Pathak in Kotwali Sonprayag. Kotwal Racendra Singh Kathait said that advance action is being implemented as soon as the case is filed.

Not hearing anything from the flames
Sharmila told that when we reached the spot, a girl had fallen there, who was not alive. Perhaps the girl fell from a helicopter and collided with a large stone in the ground, causing her death. The accident was so frightening that nothing was heard from the middle of the flames.

Helicopter crash returning to Guptkashi from Kedarnath, 7 people died
Aryan Haley Aviation Company’s helicopter returning to Guptkashi from Kedarnath crashed into Gauri Mai Khark and crashed into a tree due to bad weather due to bad weather. After the accident, DGCA has immediately suspended Aryan Aviation for Chardham Yatra. A case has been registered against the company’s two managers. On the other hand, two helicopters of M / s India Aviation were found flying equally in bad weather conditions. The license of both the pilots who are blowing these helicopters have also been suspended for six months.
