Punjab: Voting for Ludhiana West by -election today, 1.75 lakh voters will vote; 14 candidates in the fray

Voting will be held on Thursday for the by -election in the assembly light Ludhiana West. The voting process will run from 7 am to 6 pm. 1.75 lakh voters will decide the fate of 14 candidates.
