Indian team star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah performed brilliantly in the first innings on the second day of the Leeds Test against England. Bumrah took three wickets by the end of the second day’s game and made a big achievement. Bumrah is an experienced bowler of the Indian team and is the leader of the fast bowling attack. Bumrah has shown his strength in the first innings of this match and the Indian fast bowler managed to leave his impact amidst the partnership of Oli Pope and Ben Docket.

India’s first innings was all out for 471 runs. England have scored 209 for three wickets in the first innings till the stumps with the help of Oli Pope’s century and Ben Docket’s half -century. The England team is currently trailing 262 runs from India. By the end of the day’s game, Pope 100 and Harry Brook were present at the crease without opening an account. In the first innings for India, all three wickets have been shocked by fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah.
Bumrah gave the initial shock
England did not have a good start and Jaspreet Bumrah dismissed Jack Kravle cheaply. After this, India lost some opportunities which gave England a chance to recover. One of India’s best fielders, Ravindra Jadeja left the catch of Ben Docket on the score of 15 runs, which the English batsman took advantage of well. Docket along with Oli Pope added 122 runs for the second wicket. Apart from Kravle, Bumrah also dismissed Docket and Joe Root.
