A 40 -year -old school teacher in Mumbai gave her heart to a minor student. He has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing the student. The female teacher claims that she loves her and the student calls her his wife.
The teacher said in her bail plea that the case has been coined at the behest of the boy’s mother, who is against her son’s idea of loving her. The teacher cited several conversation with the boy several times. He claimed in the petition that the boy’s parents knew about his love and against it.
The boy’s behavior and emotions were deliberately pressed in the FIR
The accused teacher has said in her petition that the boy’s behavior towards her and deep feelings towards her has been deliberately suppressed in the FIR. The petition also states that in the letter, it can be seen in many places that he had given him a surname for love and also called him his wife.
The boy loved the female teacher without any boy
The female teacher also claimed that in the dialogues, the boy repeatedly expressed his affection, emotional dependence and desire to meet and live with her. The petition said that the female teacher had replied that she could meet her only when her mother allows her. The petition stated that the conversation of both reveals maturity and awareness towards the boy’s status. It has also been said that the boy loved the female teacher dishonestly. The woman has completely denied the allegations against her.
Hearing on the teacher’s petition will be heard on Monday
The petition filed by the teacher said that dialogues also make it clear that there was no element of use, attack, threat or any kind of threat on her side. The petition of the female teacher will be heard on Monday.
Police claim- Teacher tried to have sex for the first time in 2024
Police have alleged that the female teacher is married and is a teacher of English language. She took the boy to luxurious hotels, where she allegedly sexually abused the boy. The police claim that the accused was attracted to his 16 -year -old student during various meetings held in December 2023 in connection with the school’s annual ceremony. He allegedly tried to have sex for the first time in January 2024.
Police claim- The teacher used to drink alcohol to the boy before misbehaving
According to the police, when the teacher started taking her to expensive hotels to sexually abuse the teenager, she was worried. The teacher allegedly gave anxiety-andiented bullets to the student. The police have also claimed that the teacher often used to feed her alcohol before misbehaving with the boy. A case has been registered against the female teacher under the POCSO Code of India and the Juvenile Justice Act.
Case on teacher for molesting 12 -year -old student
In another case, Mumbai Police has registered a case against a teacher for molesting a 12 -year -old student several times inside the classroom. The official of Samata Nagar police station said that the 40 -year -old teacher used to touch a student of sixth grade in an improper manner during class and the incident came to light when he narrated his family to his family. The official said that the teacher has been booked under Section 74 (tampering) of the Indian Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Poxo (Poxo) Act (related to sexual harassment) from sexual offenses.
