During the investigation, all his documents were found fake, after which he was arrested and sent to Sarai police station.

He also said that he is a member of the Anti Corruption Foundation of India, but did not give any satisfactory answer. It seems that the police people were being misused by Deepak Prasad in a fake way. Subsequently, Deepak Prasad and Scorpio were handed over to the Sarai police station for further action.
