Garima Saikia Garg, wife of late singer Zubeen Garg, returned her husband’s postmortem report to the police on Saturday, saying that this is not her personal report. Since the investigation is going on, I did not consider the report as my personal document. Assam minister Atul Bora wrote a letter to the Prime Minister
