In a huge setback to Ukraine’s fight against the Russian offensive, most NATO members have run out of weapons. According to a report published in the New York Times, at least 20 of the alliance’s 30 members are “pretty tapped out.” A NATO official also said that smaller countries have exhausted their potential.
