Russia has rejected U.S President Joe Biden’s terms for talks over Ukraine, as per Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. He said that Moscow will continue its ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine and refused to accept U.S.’s terms of negotiations. Peskov, however, told reporters that the Kremlin remains open for talks ‘to achieve our goals’ but is not ready to give up the captured Ukrainian territories. Watch this video for more.
