The United Kingdom has issued a word of caution over the recent wave of speculation about a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. In an interview with the Telegraph, UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly stated that Putin could use peace talks to replenish his army and may also launch another attack on Ukraine. He also told the West to think carefully before entering negotiations with Putin. This comes after US President Joe Biden said that he was ready to talk to Putin.
