Terrifying moment of two French Rafale fighter jets mid-air collision has been caught on camera. The incident happened during the Cognac airshow- at Chateaubernard military base. Colonel Nicholas Liot, commander of the military base, said the collision that happened on Sunday was ‘very rare’. The top tail of one of the two jets got severed in the collision. The aircraft managed to land safely. However, the debris of the jet fell on a house in the neighbouring village, damaging its roof. The French govt and Dassault have now ordered a probe as this is the second such accident of Rafale jets in 2022. India too, has 35 Rafale jets while one more is expected to arrive soon.
