Canadian MP Tom Kmiec has levelled serious charges on Pak Army Chief General Qamar Bajwa. Speaking in the house of commons, a Canadian lawmaker accused Bajwa of toppling civilian governments. Canadian MP went on to accuse Pak Army of human rights abuses and links to terrorists. Angered by Canada MP’s charges, Pakistan foriegn office summoned Ottawa’s envoy to Islamabad.
