The Supreme Court, while advising Rahul Gandhi to avoid making such a statement, said, ‘You are the leader of the opposition, say your point in Parliament, not on social media. Explain that Rahul Gandhi had filed a petition in the Supreme Court against summons in this case of commenting on the army. On this, the Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Uttar Pradesh government and the complainant and sought a reply.
