The tension between Afghanistan and Pakistan is increasing day by day. Meanwhile, the Taliban government of Afghanistan has clearly refused to grant visas to Pakistan’s military officers. The officials to whom the Taliban has refused to grant visas include the names of Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Intelligence Chief Aamis Malik and two other generals. These officers had given separate applications to come to Afghanistan in the last three days, but Kabul rejected all of them.
Taliban government spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid has confirmed this in the matter. He said his delegation was not allowed to come due to violation of Afghan airspace by Pakistan. He said that a high-level delegation of Pakistan wanted to visit Afghanistan, but they were not allowed due to airspace violation. At present there has been no official response from Pakistan on this visa rejection.

Why tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan?
Let us tell you that recently Pakistan had carried out air strikes in Afghan territory, in which Afghanistan claims that in retaliation they killed 58 Pakistani soldiers, injured 30 and took control of 25 military posts near the Durand Line. At the same time, political analysts believe that this stance of Afghanistan indicates a change in its diplomatic attitude, where it is now emphasizing on the condition of mutual respect in bilateral relations.
What do political analysts believe?
Political analyst Mohammad Amin Karim said it is in Afghanistan’s interest to maintain good relations with all its neighbours, especially Pakistan. But sadly, since the formation of Pakistan, this relationship has always been under tension.
Along with this, another analyst Syed Bilal Fatemi said that when Pakistan took action in Afghan territory without any solid reason and against international rules, now requesting their visit is like sprinkling salt on the wound.
