On Tuesday, suddenly the sound of a bullet was heard in the fields of Ladhot-Dhamad village located in Rohtak, Haryana. The District Collector, a migrant laborer working in the fields, was surprised when he looked towards the closet. Seeing the scene inside, the ground slipped beneath his feet. The body of ASI Sandeep Kumar posted in Rohtak Cyber Cell was lying in a blood soaked condition, bleeding from the head.

Jaildar has been working at Sandeep’s maternal uncle’s place for 15 years.
The District Collector told that when the sound of gunshot was heard, I ran towards the cell. Saw that Sandeep was lying soaked in blood… immediately informed the farm owner. The District Collector has been working in the fields of Sandeep’s maternal uncle for about 15 years. This laborer, a resident of Bakhtawarpura village of Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh, was working in the fields as usual when this accident happened.

Sandeep used to often come to his maternal uncle’s fields.
According to the District Collector, Sandeep used to often visit his maternal uncle’s fields and was of very sociable nature. He always met with a smile, never looked angry. Never thought I would do this. As soon as the farm owner reached the spot, the police was informed. Within a short time the police team reached and started investigation.

‘Sandeep was a dutiful employee’
Rohtak Police has issued a press note on this incident. It was said that ASI Sandeep Kumar, posted in Cyber Cell, Superintendent of Police Office, Rohtak, committed suicide by shooting himself with his service pistol in a field built in village Ladhot. Sandeep was an honest and dutiful police employee. This is a very sad incident.

Serious allegations made against ADGP in the video
Police said that a four-page suicide note was recovered from the incident site. Sandeep had also recorded a video before committing suicide, which is under investigation. According to police sources, in the video made before suicide, Sandeep has made serious allegations of corruption against late ADGP Puran Kumar.
