Putin to punish Lithuania by repealing its independence?

Days after Lithuania urged the world to stand up against Russia, Moscow mulls ‘repealing’ its independence. A Russian lawmaker submitted a draft bill claiming Lithuania left the Soviet Union ‘illegally’. The draft bill was submitted in the Russian lower house by Yevgeny Fyodorov, a member of Putin’s party. Fyodorov claims that Lithuania’s independence was adopted ‘by an unconstitutional body’ and should be repealed. Watch the full video for more.
